How do Free minutes work? FFree minutes will be
counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the package pulse.
Which means If subscriber on 'TalkShawk har second' makes 1 second call
it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on
'TalkShawk 30 second' makes 20 second call it will be counted as 1 free
minute.
