Customers subscribing to the Flutter Package will automatically be subscribed to the promotion as well.
Call Block Service We will offer this service for free to customers activating the promotion. The service will be offered on daily basis and it will be a part of the overall promotion.

- New customers can add the usage based suggested F&F numbers or they can have their own desired F&F numbers.
- Customers will send "F < space > MSISDN" to add a new F&F.
- Customers will send "F < space > list" to update their existing F&F list.
- F&F suggestions based on customers' usage shall be shared with them through SMS.
- Customers will send "F < space > MSISDN" to add a new F&F.
- Based on monthly usage of a customer 5 On-Net F&F will be suggested to customers. In case of migrating customers with their already existing F&F list, their top 5 F&F numbers will be carried forward to this package.
- A rescue call balance will be offered to customers worth Rs. 5 + tax. This amount will be charged to them if they opt for it. This will be a reserved balance for customers for making emergency calls. When the customer subscribes to Rescue Call by sending "Rescue" to 369, a balance worth Rs. 5 will be deducted and kept in reserve. The customer can redeem this amount by sending "Help" to 369.
- The rescue call facility will have a balance refill option and customers can use their balance worth Rs. 5 (this balance will exhaust based on the price points of calls only specifically applied to Flutter Package)
- Customers can also use Happy Hour service through SMS short code 369 by sending H <space> Option# from the below mentioned options

- Customers will be offered a "Days to Remember" service FOC in which Zong will ask them their "Date of Births" and "Anniversary Dates" & they will be sent greetings on their birthdays and anniversaries from Zong.
- To change the Package Plan, the customers will call 310 and get it changed through CSOs.
Promotion Mechanics
- Customers subscribing to the package through USSD *369# shall get the promotion by default
- Customer will have option to discontinue the Flutter Promotion while staying on the Flutter Package by sending "N" or "Unsub" on SC 369
- The promotion will include the following:
- Daily 75 On-Net free minutes
- Daily 100 SMS to any network
- Call Block Facility
- Flutter Lounge Bazar SMS Push
- Women specific gifts every month up to 500,000 through Lucky Draw
- 1 free Out Going Off-Net minute on receiving 3 minute Off-Net In Coming
- Call Block Facility is an already running service under the short code 420. Any customer subscribing to SC 369 will automatically be subscribed to this service.
- 1 out-going Off-Net minute will be offered to customers on 3 in-coming Off-net minutes
- Flutter Lounge as a part of Flutter Promotion will be a push based service which will send alerts and updates to customers
- Other than offered 100 SMS, customers can also subscribe to the daily SMS bundle for 500 SMS
- Customers will be informed about the usage of free resources on regular basis through SMS which will include:
- Free 75 On-Net minutes usage Intimations
- Free 100 SMS usage Intimations
- Call Block Service Intimations
- Lucky Draw Intimations
- Flutter Lounge Services Intimations
